We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or gifting may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@richaya.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
